Registration via DocCheck

Google Tag Manager

The Google Tag Manager is used on this website. Google Tag Manager is a solution from Google Inc. that allows companies to manage website tags via an interface. The Google Tag Manager tool does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. The tool takes care of triggering other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

This transmits to the YouTube server that you have visited our website. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plug-in, such as clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account as well as other user accounts of the companies YouTube LLC and Google Inc. and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies before using our website.

We use the podcast hosting service Podigee of the provider Podigee GmbH, Ritterstraße 2A, 10969 Berlin, Germany. The podcasts are thereby loaded by Podigee or transmitted via Podigee. The use is based on our legitimate interests, i.e. interest in a secure and efficient provision, analysis and optimization of our podcast offer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. Podigee processes IP addresses and device information to enable podcast downloads/playbacks and to determine statistical data, such as call-up figures. Newsletter

On our website as well as on websites of partners we offer you the possibility to register for our newsletter. In order to be able to ensure that no mistakes have been made when entering the email address, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure: After you have entered your email address in the registration field, we will send you a confirmation link. Only when you click on this confirmation link will your e-mail address be added to our distribution list.

Right to information

You have the right to receive information from us about whether and what data we process about you. Right to rectification

You have the right to have us correct information about you that is not or no longer accurate without delay. In addition, you can request that we complete your incomplete personal data. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

Right to restriction of processing (blocking)

You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal data if one of the following conditions is met:

You dispute the accuracy of your personal data for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data and request instead the restriction of the use of your personal data;

we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims; or

Right of revocation for consents

This also applies to consents you gave us before the DSGVO came into force (i.e. before May 25, 2018). Right to data portability

You have the right to receive personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer this data to others. Details and restrictions can be found in Art. 20 DSGVO. The exercise of this right does not affect your right to erasure.

Right to complain to the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data by us violates applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with one of the competent supervisory authorities, i.e. in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or the respective supervisory authority in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged data protection violation.

Right of objection according to Article 21 DSGVO

According to Article 21 DSGVO, you have in particular the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, if we base this processing on legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, except in two cases:

we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

In particular, also, if we process your personal data for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for the purpose of such marketing. If you object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer use your personal data for this purpose.
